These terms govern your use of Zarka, a Discord application (“the bot”) operated by an individual developer (“we”, “us”).
By using the bot — including by issuing any of its commands, or by remaining in a Discord server where it operates — you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, stop using the bot.

Zarka is a hobby project. It provides moderation commands for server staff, Path of Exile 2 build tracking and reference lookups, opt-in role selection, and automated feeds for game news, patch notes, and free-game listings.
It is provided free of charge, with no service level commitment and no guarantee of continued availability.
Your use of Zarka is additionally subject to Discord’s Terms of Service and Community Guidelines. Nothing in these terms overrides them. Where they conflict, Discord’s terms prevail.
You agree not to:
Some commands let you save content — most notably build links and titles. You are responsible for what you submit. Do not submit anything you do not have the right to share, and do not submit personal information about yourself or anyone else.
We do not review submitted links before they are stored or displayed, and we do not endorse the sites they point to. Following any link saved through the bot is at your own risk.
We may remove submitted content at any time, for any reason, without notice.
Zarka provides tools that server moderators use to warn, mute, and ban members. Those actions are taken by the moderators of the server you are in, not by us. We do not review, arbitrate, or reverse moderation decisions made by server staff.
Disputes about a moderation action should be raised with the moderators of the server in question.
Our handling of data is described in the Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.
The bot may be offline, restarted, rate-limited by Discord, degraded, or discontinued at any time and without notice. Features may be added, changed, or removed. We do not guarantee that stored data will survive a failure, a migration, or the bot being retired, and you should not treat Zarka as the only copy of anything you care about.
We may block any user or withdraw the bot from any server at any time, for any reason, without notice — including for breach of these terms.
You may stop using the bot at any time. Server administrators may remove it from their server at any time. To have stored data removed, see the Privacy Policy.
The bot is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including any implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or goodwill, arising out of your use of or inability to use the bot — whether or not we were advised of the possibility of such damages.
Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
We may update these terms. Material changes will be published here with a new “Last updated” date and announced in the server where the bot operates. Continued use after a change constitutes acceptance.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Massachusetts, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions, except where mandatory consumer-protection law in your own jurisdiction applies instead.
